About QZTools
QZTools started from a simple idea: doing quick things with your files shouldn't mean installing software, creating accounts or uploading your documents to unknown servers.
What we do
We bring together free tools for everyday tasks: compressing a photo before sending it, combining PDFs for a form, converting an image to the format a website asks for, or signing a document.
Every tool is designed so anyone can use it in seconds, on a phone or a computer, with no technical knowledge.
Privacy first
Whenever it's technically possible, files are processed right in your browser. Your images and documents don't travel to any server — your own device does the work.
Every tool available today works this way. If a future tool ever needs to process files on a server, we'll say so clearly on that tool before you use it.
What's next
We're just getting started. We'll keep adding tools for documents, images, text and more, always with the same approach: fast, easy and respectful of your data.
