CSS formatter
Tidy up your stylesheets or shrink them before publishing.
Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type or paste is sent to a server.
How to use the CSS formatter
- 1
Paste the CSS.
- 2
Pick the indentation or “Minify”.
- 3
Copy or download the result.
About this tool
Formatted mode puts every property on its own line, which makes styles copied from another site easier to review.
Minified mode removes comments, spaces and the last semicolon of each block to cut weight.
Frequently asked questions
Does minifying change the design?
